I have coached football every year along with various 2nd and 3rd sports, mostly Track and Field.� In addition to serving as an assistant track and field coach at various coaching stops, I have also been a Head Track and Field coach at 2 different schools.� I have individually coached sprinters/relays, jumpers, and throwers.� But most of my experience has been coaching the hurdles.� I currently coach football and hurdles at Rockwall High School and am fortunate enough to have just coached a 2022 state champion in the 110 hurdles.
